Refunds

Full/Partial refunds are only issued for 4 reasons.

    1. Broken item received
    2. Wrong product received
    3. Wrong length received
    4. Undelivered products

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is credited, which differs from bank to bank.
If you’ve taken these 2 steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@6ixees.com .

 

Customers whose products are not delivered 30 business days after the shipping date are entitled to a full refund before delivery

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Also, the return process should be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the item.

once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the funds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

6ixees is dedicated to upholding the epitome of jewelry craftsmanship and quality. As such, we proudly extend a Lifetime Guarantee on all acquisitions of Gold Plated jewelry. Should your piece experience tarnishing, fading, or malfunctions under conventional wear, our guarantee provides for a singular replacement of the said item. In the event that the specific design is no longer in our collection, you may opt for an exchange with another piece of equal or lesser value. However, this Warranty does not cover damages resulting from user mishandling, such as scratches, accidental fractures, or exposure to water. For all Warranty Replacements, a Shipping and Handling fee of $19.99 will be applicable.

Furthermore, our Customized Jewelry benefits from our 30-Day Craftsmanship Assurance. Under this provision, any flaws in workmanship or breakages stemming from manufacturing anomalies entitle you to a complimentary, one-time repair.After the lapse of the 30-day period, any subsequent repairable product issues will incur a $99 USD Repair Fee.

**It's crucial to note that this assurance becomes nullified upon the detection of user-inflicted damages, including but not limited to, water exposure, accidental breakage, or missing gemstones.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
